Purple Heat Ice Melter, 50 lb

Description

Purple Heat is a premium ice melter for residential and commercial sidewalks, driveways, entrances, parking areas and other exterior surfaces. The 8% magnesium blend melts ice faster than ordinary rock salt and remains effective down to -15F. A purple, organic, non-staining dye shows where the product has been applied, helping improve coverage and reduce waste, while the crystalline material provides immediate traction. Suitable for hand application and compatible with granular spreaders. Not intended for water-softener use. Follow all package directions, storage instructions and application precautions.
